Volunteers for panel meetings:

We currently have over 30 volunteers based all over the UK. A third of our volunteers are dental professionals and two thirds are lay members.

A dental professional and two lay members (one of these in the role of the Chair) are selected to facilitate at each panel meeting; this is the final stage of our complaints process.

Annual training is provided for all of our panel members to ensure that their skills and knowledge are kept updated.
